Joinder CEO Don Keller was an inspiring #SpecialGuest on the #VirtualLunch today, Friday, June 4, 2021. My key takeaways were: (1) Applying technology to enhance a legal practice can be generational; (2) The efficiencies that arose from the pandemic will accelerate; (3) It is critical to create order out of chaos because while most records have become digital, they are generally disorganized and difficult to find; and, (4) There is an advantage to having lawyers involved in the development of technology because they have domain expertise.
