My favorite part of the #virtuallunch is the conversation serendipity 🙂 We gather a group of smart, dynamic, and incredibly interesting professionals and magic happens. Today, Wednesday, October 7, 2020, was a great example. My key takeaways were: (1) There is more control over personal and professional relationships with video and remote communication; (2) We may see more lawyers becoming independent contractors; (3) The pandemic is prompting changes that are revealing a range of silver linings for some; (4) A remote work environment provides opportunities to promote diversity and inclusion; and, (5) Leaders need to enable more psychological safety.
