We ended week 25 on the #virtualunch today, Friday, September 4, 2020, the way we started it, with an energized and animated conversation. My key takeaways were: (1) Focus on selling business outcomes to enable clients to better serve their customers; (2) It is important to track non-billable time more closely; (3) Over the next year, we will see an increase in spending on marketing and technology; (4) There is a difference in the value you think you are providing to a client and the value that the client feels it is receiving; and, (5) Value-add is more important than ever and communication of that added value is critical.
