Another excellent #virtuallunch today, Thursday, September 10, 2020, during which we broke into Zoom rooms and discussed a range of issues. My key takeaways were: (1) Data management opportunities may be available on virtual conferences; (2) There is more freedom of participation in a virtual event; (3) There is a distinction between selling and offering value; (4) You need to align values with needs; and, (5) Sales and marketing tend to get lumped together.
