We had a vibrant #FeedbackForum conversation on the #VirtualLunch today, Wednesday, May 26, 2021, about #KPIs (I know, right? 😀 ). Regardless of the topic, we always find ways to make it fun and meaningful for each of our businesses and careers. My key takeaways were: (1) Relevant KPIs are essential to evaluate; (2) KPIs need to be aligned to strategic business imperatives; (3) Focus on driving positive impact with KPIs; (4) KPIs give insight into how a business is performing; (5) Metrics and KPIs have a different level of importance; (6) KPIs should be dynamic; (7) As law firms employ a greater range of professionals, there will be more business-oriented KPIs; (8) Remote work has prompted greater use of KPIs; and, (9) KPIs and OKRs are all about showing value.
