Our #virtuallunch conversation today, Thursday, September 17, 2020, touched on an array of topics. My key takeaways were: (1) Enterprise security restrictions can significantly impede marketing communications; (2) Diversity and inclusion is now a top-five, if not the top, issue at many organizations; (3) There is a big difference between leads and sales; and, (4) It is beneficial to create content in cycles of three.
